Famous Dressings
Many of
you who are familiar with the Wildflower probably
already know that we offer one of Arcata’s favorite
sauces...our famous Tofu Tahini. This dressing has
become a staple item in most refrigerators, enhancing
and livening up all type of foods. From the most simple
of foods like rice,
pastas, potatoes, and salads to your most recent
creation these are just a few items that
are delicious with our Tofu Tahini dressing. Try it on
eggs, tofu scramble, potatoes, steamed veggies, rice and
beans, bagels, sandwiches, and so much more. It is both
vegan and gluten-free and a must have in every
refrigerator.
Wildflower Cafe's Herbal Vinaigrette is both a delicious
salad dressing and a marinade. If you love flavor than
this one is for you. Try tossing it with your next
macaroni salad or use it as a marinade at your next
barbeque. It's also great on hot food such as steamed
veggies and rice. This dressing is both vegan and
gluten-free.
Both Tofu
Tahini and Herbal Vinaigrette are sold at the Arcata and
